Deep Tissue Massage.. is a deeper and stronger massage that allows me to target sore and overworked muscle groups more effectively.  Deep tissue massage not only helps improve workout recovery time, but prevents muscle tension and tightness

Pregnancy Massage.. is specifically designed for pregnant women to help relieve common pregnancy discomforts and promote mother and baby's wellbeing. Pregnancy massage is very gentle and effective and has many benefits for the mother, such as increasing energy, easing aches and pains, slowing the process of varicose veins, reducing fluid retention and releasing stress. Pregnancy massage can also help labor preparation by teaching the mother to consciously release tension and focus on relaxation breathing techniques, as well as releasing 

Reflexology.. is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers to stimulate reflex areas that relate to different parts of the body.  It is a deeply relaxing therapy that stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems.  Reflexology also helps release any blockages in the flow of energy around the body encouraging energy to move freely

While Groupon vouchers are available, I am happy to match the rate if you'd like to book directly. 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
